Pablo Valdez, also known as your Arizona Mortgage Guy 

With over two decades of experience in the Mortgage Division, I have mastered the art of organizing, planning, and managing daily operations. My expertise lies in evaluating division performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing technical direction and professional support to personnel. I also play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and training new staff members, while collaborating with the financial department for budget planning. I proactively report operational issues to senior management and work closely with the HR department to resolve inter-division disputes and conflicts. 

As the Executive Director of Spanish Division Sales & Operations, I successfully developed an entire bilingual call center division from scratch, demonstrating my leadership and strategic vision. 

Beyond my professional life, I am deeply committed to the soccer community. I coached a team to a State Championship in 2020 and continue to serve as a US Soccer Referee, reflecting my passion for the sport and dedication to my community. 

As an entrepreneur, I have successfully developed and sold multiple businesses, showcasing my business acumen and strategic thinking. My lifelong involvement in the Hispanic community highlights my dedication to community service and cultural engagement. 

This diverse range of experiences has equipped me with a unique blend of technical, managerial, and community-oriented skills. I am passionate about leveraging these skills to build trust, uphold strong work ethics, and instill values within the community, making a positive impact in all areas of my work and community involvement.
